'Scanning' is the process of taking any physical image and making a digital scan of it that can then be processed by computer software and re-printed.
I have high resolution scanners capable of scanning paper or board mounted images, film negatives and colour slides (positive or negative).

Normally, I scan items for you as a part of another process, be it preparing a print from a negative or restoring a torn photo. Where you are looking at other services (such as restoration) just leave it all to me - I will do the right scan for the job.

If you simply want something scanned and require the digital file back to work on yourself, this section will be the most help.
Simplest thing for you to do is grab a ticket and tell me what you need scanned (attach photos of it if it helps) and what you want to do with the result. That way I will advise you of the best scanning method for your needs and give you a quote.
There are a number of services available, again dependant on what result you want - from a simple 'Scan Only' (no post scan cleaning/ adjusting), 'Scan and Correct' (simple colour corrections and mild cleaning) to full 'Scan and Repair' which produces the best quality, cleaned result. All of the services are aimed at media that is in good condition or mildly aged. Seriously deteriorated media needs to be assessed and priced as a restoration. See that service if required.
