Sending in Physical Media
Please post physical media using a suitable postage method and packaging. Items are sent at your own risk and you should ensure the postage method is suitable. Unless otherwise arranged, we will return media using exactly the same method as you sent it and this will be charged for at cost price.
Return postage is chargeable, whether or not you accept a quotation for work.
When you obtain a ticket for sending in media, you will be provided with an address and number to label your material.

Physical media includes negatives, photographs (paper or board), digital images on DVDs or pen drives. Unless you have a very high quality scanner, for best results it is often better if we scan physical originals.
